I am very pleased and a bit surprised by the above and beyond service I received. The shop called across the country to ask if I wanted my order to be delivered the day I requested or a day early, as a part of the service would take place the day before, as well. I greatly appreciated the personal touch.

I called last minute to get flowers delivered for my wife's birthday. Initially, I had called two other local flower shops in the area. One of them did not even answer their phone, and the other one was pretty unenthusiastic about my business. When I called Flowers by Michelle, they answered on the first ring, and we're very patient when it came to my lack of knowledge about flowers. I work very hard for my money, and I expect the businesses I spend it with to work hard as well. Even though my wife wasn't home when they showed up for delivery they Made sure Contact was made and and that the flowers made it to her same day. My wife loved the arrangement so I can definitely recommend Flowers by Michelle.
