    I manage a large mixed use residential and retail property in Los Angeles. When the City of Los Angeles implemented the new franchised waste system, our rates went from $4,000 per month to $18,000 per month! Waste Control did a full audit of our system and found ways to reduce our rates to $10,000 per month. They also handle any issues that come up with our hauler so that we now can simply send them an email and they follow through to resolve the issue in the quickest, most economical way possible.
