I've seen the reviews recently posted for this apartment complex, and I'm actually surprised. I will say, everyone's living experience is different, so don't rely solely on the reviews you see. My time here was pleasant. I had no issues with management at all during my 2, going on 3 years living here. I had no issues with the current manager, Tiffany, as she always did her best to help me with anything, whether it was a bill query or a maintenance request. They respond in a timely manner, and maintenance is always readily available. I get plenty of packages delivered, and I've never lost or missed one. There is a train nearby that is loud, but personally, it never bothered me, even though I'm a light sleeper. The complex is clean, quiet, and has plenty of parking space. It is also very pet-friendly, with many pet-waste bags available around the complex. The dumpster is emptied regularly, and the exterior of the complex is well-maintained. I moved into a unit with fully functioning utilities and had no issues with pests. If I were to live in Savoy again, it would definitely be here. I like the new mail sorting system, which allows us to access our packages 24 hours a day. It's very organized and well-structured. The gym and yoga room are also open 24 hours. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10. I moved out at the end of July due to graduating and had no issues with the move-out process. Each time I had renewed my lease, it was seamless and smooth. Additionally, there is a park nearby with a beautiful pond where you can fish, and a walkway that circles around the entire pond, which is a plus. I would walk over there about 3-4 times a week. Again, if you ask me, give this complex a try. Everyone's experience is not the same.
