My overall experience with Window World has been outstanding. Starting out with Linton Sherrard (SR Designer), he walk me thru the selection process so I selected the correct window – did not pressure me to sign on that date but gave me time to compare other windows. Out of all the other windows I looked at, this was very best value: Tripe Pane windows. I must compliment Linton he was the only one that called me back or text me back to answer my questions. All the other people that came to the house wanted me to sign that day and if I asked a question after they were gone, I never even an received answer. Linton understand customer relationships skills. When it came to installation Josue Velasquez and his team did an outstanding job. They had to replace twenty two(22) windows, my biggest fear that the house would be exposed to outside weather of 100 degrees on that day. Josue came with a crew of six members within one(1) day had all the windows installed. That includes removing storm windows, removing the old windows, repair any wood damage, and installing the new windows. They came back the next day to finish the exterior trim work and was completed by early afternoon. The windows perform better than my expectation, the triple pane windows really keep out the heat and look great. From the inside of the house you could never even tell that they were here except to look at the new Windows. Even outside the trim work was professionally finished and the windows look great from the outside. The best part of the windows is this I will never have to paint again and I will save money on my heating and cooling bills. I could see the difference in the time that the air conditioners are running noticeably less. I would highly recommend Window World for any window installations that you may need. thank you Bill S
